About Route Impact

Route Impact exists to make FedEx Ground operations more profitable. Your AI staff finds the profit: in the contract you sign, the routes you run, the drivers you pay, the trucks you keep and the books you close. What the AI staff does

Who we are

Route Impact is built by people who run FedEx Ground contracts. We built it because the numbers that decide whether an operation makes money are spread across settlements, contracts, payroll and books, and nobody has time to read all of them every week.

Route Impact is owned by Flood Stage LLC. It is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FedEx.
